Unless there is other software that I am unaware of, what you say is true. All the Strike machines were the same and there is nothing a casino can legally do about it. Bear in mind that this game holds either 12.5% or near 14% (do not really remember since t was not that important in the overall scheme when I was active in the Bus!) For reference, a "Normal reel spinning .25 cent game in Nothern Nevada, usually is selected by casinos to be about 7-8%....get the idea!!
