Sounds like he knows very well what he is doing. Avoiding eBay fees. (which I could care less) He also knows that people, members or any other eBay users, are going to see the shipping and try to explain to him, that it's noticed and against eBay rules.

Note that he clearly states that he does not combine shipping.

Since he's trying to slither around rules and trying to profit $10 for shipping items together, I wouldn't put it past him to be making up a sob story about buying meds as well.

We all have a free choice to avoid any and all of his auctions, because of his "illegal" listing practices and outrageous shipping. It's a free country.
