John, well with 69 when you signed up that sure sounds better than the low 40 number. And like Rich said, still two months to go so it leaves lots of time to sign up.

1/4 Pound token to each person sounds ok and the free meals and room. Though I think it could have been held for the same fee as last year of $200 and maybe more would sign up. No idea here as to why the fee is $40 higher.
