Well, you may be right as well as wrong. I don't think those limited issues are necessarily rare either, but I don't think it's the Casino or the Airport that's the big winners. They will sell out their allotment regardless.
I also think it's the collectors who buy them that are the losers, but it's the dealers and other collectors who are selling them that are the big winners, and they aren't necessarily gouging either. The market right now demands the existing prices and collectors don't have to pay if they don't want.
Vegasplayer hit it pretty close with his prices, which I thought pretty fair, but if you really, really, think about it, they should only be selling for around $30. People like these strikes so much, I think it will be difficult for the prices to ever reach that level though.
