Ray-The $200 is not won from the machine and yet I believe they still call it a $200 silver strike, the collect term for any of the "SILVER STRIKES" is silver gaming token. I know what you are saying, that to be called a Silver Strike it must be won from the IGT Silver Strike machine. All this is beside the point, people still want their $40 and $200 silver gaming tokens. This was a way for the Casinos to get and distribute the $200 silver gaming token and not break any agreements with IGT since they would not be put
into the machines, but merely exchanged at the cage.
Once the $10 Silver Strike is in the hands of the casino, the strikes are owned and the responsibility of the Casino. The casino therefore could exchange 10 silver strikes for their $200 silver gaming token, the gaming token having been approved by NGC. The casinos can and have in some cases accepted the silver strike at the gaming tables. They are a approved gaming token.
