The explantion I got when I tried to sell my Gretsch strike was that Gretsch doesn't allow anyone to sell a Gretsch branded products/collectibles except for licensed Gretsch resellers. This also applies to aftermarket sales.

After checking out that "vero" area of eBay, I was surprised at how many companies participate in this program an a similar manner.

I don't know if Jackpot Auctions has any policies like this, but that may be the outlet to use.
