Perhaps the strike was produced without permission of Gretsch. The Hard Rock ended the strike program with some haste. It would be interesting to make an inquiry to the Hard Rock casino. If the response from the Hard Rock states they had permission it could be used to present a case to Ebay. Also I would question ebay about their source of this so called infringement.
