Archie, chips are made for gambling and do come under the Gaming guidelines and laws. $10, $40 & $200 Strikes are considered tokens, souvenirs or keepsakes, as for a remembrance from your vacation. Personally, I feel that if nothing is said or done we will be looking at another ATLANTIC CITY!!!
