Jerry; GCB only enforces existing regulations. They are not receptive to complaints from collectors. A similar situation where complaints were received from a relatively few chip collectors resulted in punitive action against chip collectors overall with respect to chips can no longer be issued that promotes chip collecting and minimums established on chips that discourage casinos to order them.

Be careful on what you wish for ... you might just get it ... in spades!
