Rick, maybe I didn't make myself clear. I know it was IGT that did this, but I also believe that if the NGC were to receive enough emails/complaints from individuals/collectors and the casino's who are involved in the $40 & $200 strike program, it may make a difference to where the NGC performs it's own investigation as to what is taking place!!
