Received a detailed email back this morning from PayPal and sure enough, a fraud website. It appears they just use some sort of software and harvest email addresses so no real way to prevent them from arriving. Best advice is to just delete without opening. I cannot imagine someone being so gullible to provide personal financial info via an email but I guess there must be some folks out there that do or the schemes would dry up.
