Jack states many casinos have strikes in the new cap and are waiting for the machines to show up, what is interesting is the Silver Legecy has the new Ann. strike in hand in the old case but are putting them in the new caps instead of putting them in play in the old machines which were still on the floor last weekend. The way IGT runs their program it might be next year before some 2004 strikes are in play.
