As far as we know there are only two Riviera Crazy Girls, Coin aligned, so those guys who have them in their collection, and you mentioned two of them, would have the closest to a complete collection, but a perfect collection is hard to analyze. I have two strikes, both from the Flamingo that are not cataloged. They have two logos, one imprinted over the other..the building and the feather. The thing about this hobby that gets to be so much fun is the hunt for the odd duck and just when you thought you had them all, someone comes up with another variation. Although the catlogs are great, you always have an opportunity to find something that is unique...so a "perfect collection" probably does not exist, but some very fine collections do, and it was a great question.
