I also received the same notification last week about the class action lawsuit against PayPal.
What I don't understand is that we have to fill out the questionaire when they already have our names, email address, home address, phone number and account information. I for one refuse to use PayPal because of the problems I had with them and their way of doing buisness. I don't feel I should have to give them my checking account or saving account numbers especially when I am using a valid credit card number to pay for my purchases!!! I don't see how this class action lawsuit can benefit me. I don't feel enough details have been given to us on what we can expect out of this lawsuit.
