Ralph, I stopped using Paypal along time ago for just that reason. Lately, I have been buying only from people I am familiar with or have contacted prior to sale. I am back to good old U.S. Money Orders...costs 80 cents, but would rather wait at the post office a while than hassel with on-line businesses. It took me three months, a registered letter, and help from my credit card company to have a $3.00 monthly charge dropped by Andale, the new Honesty.com..lucky they did not keep the same name. They discontinued the service immediately and charged me for the next three months until my credit card company finally helped me out. I could not even get a mailing address for them and had to get that from the credit card company...as more fees are added for more services I do not think it is going to get any better(and God help you if there is an eBay dispute, it is as if they do not even exist)...Peter
