James, I am glad you used the word think because all I can do is speculate. I think they probably put it in the El Cortez on a 90 day trial basis to gets all the bugs out and response from the casino as to complaints before putting the others in play. This will avoid having to travel all over the country having to make maintenence calls. This is only what I think and could be off base.
