I could luck out and find someone who wants to trade an old LE June Sprints IL 1999 License plate for some chips or tokens?

I just have not been keeping up with my Flea Market and Antique shop searches this year. I found one place with one silver strike and they wanted $25 for it, because it was "rare". (it wasn't uncommon at all)

Even the folks who buy gold and silver, don't seem to want to trade in strikes. Seems the silver value is 1/3rd the face value and people don't want to trade too many in for that?
