Larry; your two posts have brought some fun thoughts I've not thought about in a long time.
Were you with the 101st? The miltary kept us 50 miles to the north at Camp Schwab just to keep us apart for some reason we couldn't understand! On Monday mornings there would be a muster to tell us how many of the Army guys were in the hospital unable to make duty.And the Army brass wanted to know who did it. Then they would tell us to lay off , and stay away because if there was a war the Army won't make it at full strenth. They would send us in first anyway so what was the problem? We were only practicing with friendly troops not the enemy, and no weapons were ever used just hands, and feet or heads sometimes.
And that is someting Richard never uses. His silver tongue does his fighting for him, and he can't controle it!
