Archie: I hope your emails represent the views of the vast majority of us--I think they do. Thanks for expressing them.

John: Your emails have really hit me the wrong way. Improving airport/aircraft security is still a work in progress and all of us who travel must expect delays and frustrating experiences.

Your comments using the word "spades" strikes me as racist and using such statements in two emails is beyond reproach. I gave you the benefit of the doubt the first time, but if I'm reading your statements correctly then you disappoint me very, very much.

This forum really isn't the appropriate place for this discussion and I debated long and hard about commenting, but I do feel strongly about both issues.
