I maybe wrong, but if I remember my mint visit correctly, they said that sometimes the blank or some word with a "p" didn't land exactly flat that it would cause this "ghosting". Makes sense to me looking at your scan --- If the area of the strike containing the word "Gaming" was a little high as the stamping die came down it would cause this effect. Sounds good anyway.
