Ric and Archie - I don't belive this is die chatter or double strikeing because the other side of the strike shows none of the same thing, if it was die chatter both sides ( opposite each other ) would have the same affect to some degree. I have never seen this before on a strike.
Ric, have you looked at the stike under magnafacation ? Doing so might revel a bit more about what caused it.
