Another way to get rid of the line problem is to get rid of the serial number all together on each $200 strike, just like most $10 strikes. That would make the perceived value of each of an limited series the exact same. Have the $200s always had a serial number on them? What would be collectors' reactions if it was removed? Many folks selling these at auction don't even bother to list the serial number (unless it is single digit I suppose, which perhaps is why Mark isn't releasing the first ten to the public).
