As I recall they were in play for a short time (I do not know the exact number of days or weeks) when Park Place Properties (Ballys, Caesars, Flamingo, Hilton and Paris) said they were stopping the strike program in all of its casinos. Their machines went dark for a number of months and when they turned the Machine back on each casino started up with the Slingo Series in the machines.
