Sure thing Norm, we know that, and you won't and I won't bid more than we are willing to pay either. For that matter, someone who re-sells won't pay more than they think they can recover to break even, at the very least.
I just wonder about the "bid them up" statement? I always think it's best to let the buyers and sellers decide that for themself.
In theory the idea is to "protect" values, but on the other side, you are harming others who want to buy at real values. Kind of complicated as the have's want them high and the have not's want them lower.
