I think the average collector wants to play and win their average of 7 strikes per $100 without much of a negative swing, but these machines are set up where you might have a bad run and only win $200 face in strikes for $1000. These negative swings will occur a lot more frequently on these machines. This of course will average out but it will take a longer period of time.
