I appreciate the extra measures of security that are now being taken and the fact that airports are limiting the amount of carry-on luggage. Prior to Sep. 11th, it looked like people were carrying all their life-long possessions with them. Thanks for doing a great job that has you getting complaints instead of gratitude.
