In my copy of Bill's book the only one that is listed as rare is the small font/small font slot machine. Even the .999 Collector Rim is not listed as rare. It has prices across the row. Bill does not even list in my copy a coin aligned Gold Coast strike. I have gotten a number of emails wanting the strike and I have seen it on a few collectors want lists. I have no idea of its possible rareness. I can just see a few collectors want one for their collections.
