I would like to make a comment on Article Six section 1. Where it states that it takes a two thirds vote to change the constitution. I feel that this should be a Fifty percent plus One instead. My reason is that a two thirds vote allows the minority to rule. If the vote is sixty five to thirty five there can be no change. At this point in time I feel we should be more fluid and able to change as we grow. With a Fifty percent plus one the majority rules. I sent you a copy of this so it can be discussed at the meeting.
