The anniversary coin is Great. You should be very proud of this accomplishment. I hope we raiselots of money for the treasury.
Our Future
Last year at the end of the2003 convention we left with a new board but no plans for the future. A year later we now have the need for new by laws, some reorganization of the club and hopefuluu some ideas for our future. First of all, do we neen anothe elelction? Are there plans on putting some information on the website about what we need to do, what the board has accomplished so far, and what will need to be decided at this meeting? Any information before hand on where we are now and where we need to get would be helpful. Mybe the agenda need to be posted before we all arrive at the convention, Should all this be decided on just by the member who are at the convention?
I would like to see more ground work laid out before we get to the meeting and everything is just tossed in the air. We have less than a month before convention and I thing it is time you get some information out to the membership on what to expect.

I heard from Don Fri 5/28/04 after another email.
He said there were five areas that needed to be handled,
name, by laws, board, taxes, incorp. It was pretty cut and dry and the members at the meeting would be voting on these issues. The board has not recieved any requests from any other members on this matter. Am I the only one who is interested in this situation? I have sent other emails on what I would like to see on the agenda, where I would like to go with our club and what I hope for in the future.
