There seems to be confusion about what the Hall Of Fame Silver Strike is or is not. This is not to be confused with the SSOTY (silver strike of the year)The defination comes from the Official Web Site Of The Silver Strikers:

Each year 3 Silver Strikes are selected to be inducted into the HALL OF FAME. They can be any denomination but must come under the definition of a silver strike.
"The definition is Limited Edition silver token won from slot machines and is in a protective plastic holder. Some call them "Silver Premium Tokens", but most of us just call them "Silver Strikes".
Two Hundred Dollar Strikes are included For the HALL OF FAME.
Each club member may nominate 3 strikes to be inducted. The nominations will be tallied and the winners will be inducted.
