I don't know the answer, but here are some comps that might help.
The first is a silver token similar to yours (different casino/design though), though it has a 5x larger redemption value of $5. No offers on it with only 17 hours left and a similar starting price of $10. It is listed in coins/commemorative/modern/mixed lots. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3913550166&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1.
The second is a set of 7 silver tokens which includes the one you have listed, but come in a nice padded leather display box. It sold in categories coins/mint sets and coins/others for about $125, which is much higher than $10 per token, and it got 20 bids. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3911654560&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1. The first time it was listed in casino/tokens and coins/mint sets, and the top offer was $101, but it didn't sell because the seller had a higher reserve http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=3512&item=3290144257.
So maybe silver strike collectors, who are presumably the ones who look at the strike category you listed it in, aren't as interested in silver (non-strike) gaming tokens as people who collect coins...although that doesn't seem logical, and the $5 token is also listed in coins. Or maybe there just aren't that many of us who check the strikes category.
