You might check the book Christie Gregory and I wrote and issued in 2001. In the accompanying price list, we called it "rare". Only 100 were made. The machine was played so little that the last ones left were sold from the gift shop. The machine was a $5 play but you could play $10 to win two if luck was with you.
After the machine was taken out, I was in Tunica. There were two in the cage but because the casino had posted a "Notice of Redemption" and inventoried them, they wouldn't sell them to me. I begged and begged. I went up the chain. I begged some more. No luck. Tony Gregory called a couple of days later and was going to go and get them if he could, but they told him that they had sold them. I guess I convinced them.
One $200 collector has taken out ads in Memphis and Little Rock newspapers to try to find one.
This is a very nice find. A few years ago, I would have paid a lot for the strike. It will bring a very nice return.
