Hi All, Try this "fix" as it has sometimes worked for me. Before going on the "Jackpot" site shut down all un-needed programs that are "running" on your computer. (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) Will bring up all the programs that are running. Jackpot is a pretty large program and at times can and will "overload" your computer with all the other programs you have running! Thus you get that "Warning-Program Will Shut Down" and you have no other solution but to "Re-Boot". I used to have this "problem" all the time so now make it a practice to shut down un-wanted programs before logging on the Net! You would be surprised how many programs start running "automatically" as soon as you turn your computer on. Hope this helps you out.........Dick in New Mexico
