Norm; 200 hits? I'm sure that you are aware that anyone can artificially drive up the hit-counter in a matter of minutes.

We're not talking "surving"... at least I'm not. If every other post on thestrikepoint.com was made by ABC, XYZ, Tom Dick and Mary unknowns ... I guess the bb would still "survive". It's the quality of posts about our hobby that makes the bbs interesting reading in my opinion ... and having some reasonable assurance that the individual on the other end to whom one is responding has some minimum intelligence and is a real sincere person is what encourages others to contribute to the threads.

But then ... you're right again Norm. Obviously, there are a few folks who thrive on the garbage and drivel and nasty insults that turns others away from posting and reading... and we have to cater to their "free speech" wishes ... right Norm?
