As for Greg Susong's "famous post" (which I agree with 100%) ... he also said the following; "If someone on the board is doing something that you don't like, try and ignore it. If you can't ignore it, take a few minutes and try to think of a way to resolve it without making a public spectacle."

I believe I posted a way to resolve it by stating my opinion ... without making a public spectacle.
