After much thought, I vote for a orginal mint release of 150. Then ordering 25 at a time, when the orginal mint release number got down to about, 20 to 25. Depending how long it takes a casino to get the 25 strike order in. Then ordering 25 more at a time depending on how fast the strikes are being redeemed. And limiting the $200 to one for the first 30 days, two after that.
Using 20--(newest)$10's for redemption of the $200.; for the first 60 days. A possible redeemable mix of old and new after that. Especially, if the casino is using old and new strikes in the machine.
Posting and announcing that the newest $200 will be released. At such a time---on such a date---at such a place. And at least 7 to 10 days ahead of release date. A second notice/announcement 1 to 2 days ahead of release. And stating that this is a second notice/announcement. NO, early list for strikes; first come; first serve. NO, cutting in line, if do, no strike.
