Barry, I don't collect the Plaza's yellow caps, but if you think the book value is $800+ and your best previous offer was $700 and now somebody is offering it to you for $600 and you want to know if it is a good deal ($200 below book value), I would think it is. Just make sure you got your book value right...Ken
