If they are limited to one person the casinos are going to get stuck with most of them.... If you can't make it to L.V. to get your own I guess you just have to do without? That would help the airlines if everyone just bought a round trip ticket every time a new one is issued.... I think they should only make 50 each and let people fight for them. Maybe we could have blood in the lobby.
