Hey Matt, I'm new to strike collecting, and was wondering the same thing. I read the threads that were suggested, and it seems to me that you can use silver polish on the entire coin, but you CAN'T use brass polish on the silver--is that correct?? I was going to go out today and find a nice gentle silver polish and a polishing cloth from our local coin dealer, but it would be nice to know if I've read all this correctly...
