What puzzles me about this particular situation is the token being vended from the old Coin/Bar reel Anchor/IGT machine with the display intact for the silver strikes including the advertisement "Win silver coins". It seems the gaming regulation in Aruba is slack. It also seems Anchor/IGT is not concerned about what comes out of their machines.
