That was the problem I had. From when there were maybe 8 left. Yet they still wouldnt fill it until it was completely empty. She had to open the machine about 6 times. Still, it got friendly enough that she put the blue capsule next out. 2 hours and 40 strikes later I hadnt got the second one though so gave up!
