Becky, if a person is speeding in a car and kills someone and is successfully prosecuted for manslaughter that does not make speeding manslaughter, although speeding will be brought up in the charges.

Try this, if you kill someone while speeding, it's manslaughter. If you kill someone by accident on a stolen bicycle it's still manslaughter. The crime stands alone, no matter what else is included.

You are suggesting that crimes included in the charges, aren't really there, because you say they aren't? And if someone is charged with shill bidding, along with other crime and pleads guilty, they were only pleading to the crimes, you select to be important.

Shill Bidding is Fraud. Just because it's one name for one method of committing fraud, you don't seem to recognize it.

Guess what, in many states there is no statute of limitation on theft by fraud, so it's more serious than other crimes, which have statutes limiting the time you can be prosectuted. Oddly enough robbery is one of them.
