You know Archie I wonder how many auctions with identities hidden are shilled with ebay never being aware of it. Unless a suspect shill is reported ebay would not bother to look. I'm sure they are constantly busy investigating current complaints with little time to spot check private auctions. Many people don't bid on private auctions for this reason.
