Norm you said, "The Four Queens has probably had close to $1,000,000 run thru their strike machine. Not bad considering all the negative plublicity. You can smear them all you want on this board as long as they are taking in this kind of money they will keep their machine in play."
Norm, how would you know how much money goes through the Strike Machine at the 4Q's unless you are being told by someone in authority from there!! (I wonder who?) And what period of time are you referring to in that MILLION $ play? As far as the list of extinct casino's, that is starting to get a little tired. There could be numerous reasons why they no longer have their Strike Machines. You cannot compare the casino's on the strip with the casino's downtown and/or in the out lying areas. The "Strip" does not need Strike Machines to make their MILLIONS, they are so diversified in so many other ways to attract their clientele. If there was that kind of money to be made in the Strike business they would all be involved to get a piece of the pie. Design of the Silver Strikes has more to do with the demand than the Casino's or the Management. The collectors are the ones who make the Silver Strikes popular not the Casino's. This negative attitude that follows the 4Q's is self inflicted (BY You & Them)!
