Really short and simple. There have been people in local chapters, not just strikes, but cities or states, that have not been members of the CC>CC, who have had some problems with sales or chip reproductions.

They can be removed from the National but continue to participate in the locals and continue to use the name of our club, without any recourse.

There may be a club somewhere, I don't know one, but any major orginization that has chapters or sub-clubs, requires membership to the national.

It's also very important for the protection of the Non-Profit tax status of the CC>CC.
