There is a minimum payout percentage, is what I'm getting at.
Considering the Progressive was first to go away, which would improve the hold and later some folks claim to see new wheels. (even though the wheels have nothing to do with the operation) Plus it just seems like the single line one for a quarter has moved position in the machine.
From well informed sources, all machines have the same chip. So at least that's good news.
What I find most interesting is, if the $10 strike is obsoleted, then there will be a finite number of strikes for a "complete" collection. That usually excludes mint errors and manufacturing errors, which could be something entertaining for someone to collect.
