In response to questions about the Pioneer Logo Error strikes, they were in the Pioneer strike machines over the Labor Day weekend of 2000. A few collectors won them at that time and they quickly disappeared. There are 6 in the Millennium set and the Error is those six strikes, WITHOUT the Millennium logo. Instead they used the old larger Pioneer logo from the previous issue. As I mentioned we know of a few collectors with 4 or 5 of the set, but have not yet heard of anyone with a complete set, although we have seen all 6. Out of a suspected total of 300, which would be 50 of each, we have recorded about 30 of these errors, so there may be fewer than 50 of each strike. Currently there are a few on the market at about $500 each, but look for them to go higher. If you have all 6 give us a post as this is a rare find indeed and we hope that someone has been able to complete a set.
