I haven't heard of any policy to trade for twenty $10 strikes and for that matter how they intend to distribute an unknown number of $200 strikes. Maybe they are going to only issue them to the jackpot winners? Maybe the strikes were approved but never minted? I guess when they are ready to let us know they will. Who knows but the nose.
