In Las Vegas,starting Nov. 30th, O'Shea's will have one and the Flamingo will have two. Bally's used to have two; don't know if you can still get any now. Lake Tahoe used to have two: Caesar's Tahoe & Harrah's, but they are no longer available, except from collectors. Reno had three from the Eldorado, and one from Fitzgerald's; I believe all are retired.
