1. Your boss gives you permission to start a strike program and you need to differentiate from all the other competition.

Very Good

2. Make a return on investment for the Casino as soon as possible.

Very Good

3. (a)Drive demand and (b)people to the casino and create (c)free advertising and (d)word of mouth about the Four Queens.

Four questions here...

a True
b Somewhat true - some people have been driven from the casino
c True
d Negative response by many

4. From 2003 to date, the Four Queens has issued 900 $200 strikes.

Answer: At an average of even $14 per strike, the income on that ONE strike machine to date is $ 252,000.00 not including the $10 strikes that are being collected. This ONE machine is averaging over $20,000.00 per month. (didn't check your figures, but profit per strike is $7 not $14)

A $10 strike costs $7, and they get returned. (aka recycled) for a hypothetical return of $7 per strike, per return. Nice going.

They could have easily issued 150 of each strike and had the same demand, which means $13,500 in lost profits on the $200 strikes alone, plus $9000 in profit from the recycled $10 strike profits.

MY VOTE IS MARK KAROLL - STRIKE PROGRAM MANAGER OF THE YEAR

If you are basing this stricktly on casino profits, I agree. If you are looking at public relations, customer satisfaction and taking the time to take it beyond, such as listening to customer concerns, I'd say Sierra Sids or the Palms. (there might be others that I missed)
